Millenniums Trading team operates in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, supported by the firms global platform, technology, and data capabilities. What Youll Do
To provide secretarial support, travel arrangement and expense management to our Senior Management Executives and Portfolio Managers (PMs).
Perform day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, file organization, booking travel, research requested information, archiving, preparing pre-meeting materials for review.
Arrange, confirm, and manage detailed calendars, scheduling meetings and related logistics.
To handle business correspondence, confidential documents, such as license applications.
Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management and PMs.
Other related projects and duties as requested.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree and minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar capacity with an excellent performance track record.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Quick learner, detail oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
Ability and willingness to learn new computer-based systems (travel, expense, etc).
Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency.
