Meet The Team

This is an opportunity to join Millenniums trading organization and operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment supported by the firms resources, technology, and rigorous risk framework.

What You'll Do
Support investment grade and crossover credit trading activity through pricing, trade support and day-to-day market analysis
Monitor bonds and related market activity with a focus on credit spreads, duration, yield curves and relative value
Partner closely with the Portfolio Manager to support portfolio management, hedging and broader trading workflow
Contribute to credit research efforts by reviewing issuers, capital structures and fundamental credit analysis
Help maintain organized, accurate market and portfolio information to support trading decisions and risk awareness
Learn directly from an experienced investing team while building deeper experience in credit analysis and portfolio management

What You Bring
2-10 years of experience in credit investing, analysis, or trading
Solid understanding of bond math and how bonds trade across credit spreads, duration and yield curves
Working knowledge of fixed income market structure and credit trading concepts
Ability to analyze pricing and market moves with strong attention to detail
Interest in developing deeper expertise in credit analysis, portfolio construction and hedging
Understanding of basic credit metrics and credit analysis is a plus
Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced trading environment

Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individuals experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
