Responsible for renewal of critical supplier contracts, revenue management and retention of existing contracts
Stakeholder relationship and engagement
Renewal process and pipeline management
Cross-functional collaboration and reporting
Own high-value and strategize complex Tier 3 renewals
Lead complex negotiations (pricing, multi-year deals, contracts)
To support the development and application of Supplier Management best practice.
Identify savings opportunities for maintenance & software licensing.
To provide insight around M&G needs and industry / market trends to enable strategy development and identification of commercial opportunities and risks.
To respond to queries from the wider business for contract information
Understand software risk and compliance position and take active steps to manage and mitigate this.
Mentor junior team members and improve processes
