Our Business Management team plays a central role in supporting Macquaries Wealth division, helping to drive operational excellence, business performance, and strategic growth. Working within the Chief Operating Officers team, we collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, sales, finance, and risk to ensure the business operates effectively and delivers on its objectives.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across our Wealth Management business to support operational stability, improve productivity, and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will analyse business and sales performance data, develop meaningful insights and reporting, and help identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive business performance. In this role, you will also support business-wide change initiatives, contribute to project delivery using Agile ways of working, and help ensure leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions.

  • Around 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with experience in Wealth Management viewed favourably
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of teams
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a changing environment
