- 36 years experience in finance, treasury, risk, capital management or a related discipline, with direct Treasury experience or knowledge of Treasury functions highly regarded.
- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, actuarial studies, risk management or a related field, with a professional qualification considered advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of capital and liquidity management, forecasting, regulatory frameworks, stress testing or related financial management disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly, influence outcomes and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and analytical skills, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within defined timelines.
