What role will you play?

In this role, youll take endtoend ownership of the BAU testing function, leading daytoday testing activities and directly managing the Quality Assurance team. Youll drive test maturity through a pragmatic uplift roadmap, implementing robust, scenariobased test coverage across the platform.

Youll bring solid understanding of trade lifecycle events, to orchestrate testing across multiple workstreams. Working closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders, youll help ensure highquality outcomes throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

9+ years of QA experience as an Individual contributor and as well as managing the team

Strong expertise in banking & financial domain with a clear understanding of trading lifecycle

Experience in manual & automation testing, non functional testing, observability tools, BDD framework and SQL
