- Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 5 years technology and regulatory risk/ compliance experience either in-house or in private practice with expertise in regulatory compliance, preferably with experience advising on topics including any of technology legal and contractual risk, data and cyber security risk, privacy risk, prudential regulation, and AI regulatory compliance risk.
- An innovative mindset with adaptability to change
- Team player with the desire to provide quality client service to a range of internal clients with a diverse portfolio of local and global projects
- Experience in technology within the financial services industry is valuable however, relevant experience in other industry sectors will be considered.
