What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst within the User Access Management platform team, you will support the delivery of strategic improvements to access management controls across a complex technology environment. You will work closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to understand system processes, analyse data, define requirements, and support the remediation of applications in line with delivery objectives. You will also test solutions to ensure they are effective, resilient, and meet business needs.

  • 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment across complex business and technology initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data to investigate issues, define requirements, and develop test scenarios
  • Advanced capability in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and macros, with a proven ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with business, technology, and risk stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, a continuous learning mindset, and experience in user access management or identity and access management being highly regarded.
