- 5+ years of experience in a product or applied technology role in an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying AI features or agents where you are an active builder
- Strong product thinking where you translate complex business problems into clear, testable AI solutions
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to conduct user testing and validate that solutions solve real problems
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools and agentic platforms
- Experience writing, testing, and iterating on agent prompts to produce reliable, production-quality outputs
- Scope problems that exceed low/no-code configuration and brief core engineering teams effectively
- Experience owning the full adoption lifecycle: go-to-market planning, user education, and change management
- Ability to operate within enterprise guardrails and governance frameworks, particularly in a regulated financial services environment.
