- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Technology Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar solution design role, with a track record of working across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience gathering requirements, analysing data, and translating complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Experience using data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and SQL, to support decision-making and solution design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences
- Exposure to agile delivery environments and a strong interest in emerging technologies, including experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Claude to improve analysis, productivity, and delivery outcomes
