- Advanced software engineering expertise in Python, Java or Scala, with experience designing, building and supporting production-grade distributed compute and data science platforms.
- Strong cloud engineering capability, including AWS, Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation and Helm.
- Experience with modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, Bazel, Git-based workflows, Linux administration and networking.
- Knowledge of analytics and AI technologies, including Apache Airflow, Dask, JupyterHub, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, MCP tools and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, inquisitive and agile approach to partnering with quantitative analysts, traders and other business stakeholders
