What role will you play?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will support the discovery, implementation, adoption, and optimisation of products across a diverse portfolio. Partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and Senior Product Managers, you will help shape product priorities, translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes, and contribute to roadmap planning and delivery. You will also support governance, risk management, commercials discussions to support product adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, while helping to define engineering priorities and manage delivery outcomes.

What you offer

  • At least 5+ years experience in a product management or related role, ideally within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to define product roadmap, iterations, shape engineering priorities, evaluate trade-offs, commercial discussion and support delivery outcomes
  • Experience using data and insights to assess product implementation and proactive work with teams on education and awareness
  • Proven ability to manage product implementation risks and contribute to governance, controls, and stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and concepts, including large language models and automation capabilities, would be highly regarded.
