- At least 5+ years experience in a product management or related role, ideally within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to define product roadmap, iterations, shape engineering priorities, evaluate trade-offs, commercial discussion and support delivery outcomes
- Experience using data and insights to assess product implementation and proactive work with teams on education and awareness
- Proven ability to manage product implementation risks and contribute to governance, controls, and stakeholder decision-making processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and concepts, including large language models and automation capabilities, would be highly regarded.
