What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of the process architecture framework for a major transformation programme, ensuring consistent standards, governance and best practice across all process design activities. You will work closely with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to define future-state processes, identify interdependencies and ensure alignment between business capabilities, operating models and strategic objectives. You will provide architectural oversight and quality assurance across process design deliverables, guiding a team of process designers to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also use process insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement, support decision-making and influence senior stakeholders on the direction and prioritisation of transformation initiatives.

  • 8+ years of experience in process architecture, business architecture or enterprise architecture with a strong process-led background. 
  • Proven experience leading process architecture for large-scale transformation programmes. 
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end process design, process management and modelling frameworks across multiple levels. 
  • Experience coaching and assuring the work of process designers or process modelling teams. 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.
