- 12+ years of experience in financial services or investment banking following a relevant accounting qualification
- A degree in business or commerce with a professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA
- Strong expertise in interpreting regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards, with sound professional judgement
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements in a simple and practical way and form independent views in uncertain areas
- Experience interpreting regulation and reporting requirements, with exposure to registration processes considered beneficial.
