What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the adoption and embedment of new ways of working across Finance, People and Engagement, focusing on behaviour change and capability uplift. You will work closely with leaders and teams to design and deliver change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and improving how work is planned, delivered and tracked.

  • Strong experience in change management, including delivering behavioural and cultural change initiatives
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and provide clear, trusted advice on adoption and engagement strategies
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or capability uplift programmes, including workshops and digital learning solutions
  • Ability to analyse adoption, engagement and performance data and translate insights into clear reporting and actions
  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing communication channels and delivering clear, engaging messaging.
