- Strong hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to generate, review and maintain automated tests.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and tests, identifying correctness issues, coverage gaps, unreliable tests and potential risks.
- Strong foundations in test automation, including web automation, integration testing, API testing and testing best practices.
- Experience embedding automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, with the ability to coach teams on early testing practices.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence across the quality engineering lifecycle, including automated test generation, intelligent test selection, failure analysis and quality reporting.
