Join our Governance team, which is part of Macquarie's Legal and Governance support group and are responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to entities within Macquaries global consolidated group.  

This role is a fixed term contract.

What role will you play?

You will provide support to senior directors, business groups and support teams on corporate governance, company secretarial practice, company law and internal policies. You will manage end-to-end entity governance for a portfolio of Singapore entities, including regulated entities, with opportunities to support entities across SouthEast Asia and contribute to global policy, process improvement and innovation initiatives.

What you offer

  • 3+ years experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role
  • Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute or the Singapore Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, or a legal qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory, regulatory and company compliance requirements
  • Experience acting as a named company secretary for multiple entities
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with fluency in an additional language an advantage.
