Join our Governance team, who provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to entities across Macquaries global group. We work closely with directors and business teams to promote strong governance, compliance and effective decision making.

This is a fixed term contract to cover parental leave.

What role will you play?

You will support senior leaders and local stakeholders with advice on corporate governance, company secretarial practice, company law and internal policies. You will manage a portfolio of Hong Kong and wider Greater China entities,  as well as contribute to global policy, process improvement and innovation projects.

What you offer

  • Experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role in a listed organisation
  • Membership of the Chartered Governance Institute or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong statutory, regulatory and company compliance requirements, including experience acting as a named company secretary
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately, manage priorities and organise work effectively
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills.
