- 3-5 years experience in Corporate and/or Institutional Banking.
- Demonstrated experience preparing annual reviews, credit submissions and managing ongoing portfolio monitoring activities.
- Experience with credit processes, including credit paper preparation and financial modelling.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess corporate credit risk and evaluate debt servicing capacity.
- An understanding of corporate lending structures, security arrangements and financial covenants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A team-oriented mindset, commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
