- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants to generate, improve and maintain automated tests.
- Strong test automation skills across web applications, integration testing and API testing, with a good understanding of API best practices.
- Ability to assess AI-generated code and tests for accuracy, coverage gaps, unreliable outcomes and incorrect results.
- Experience integrating test automation into continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, and supporting early testing practices within teams.
- Understanding of how quality engineering changes when AI is used to develop software, including emerging risks and where human judgement remains important.
