As a Risk Governance Manager, you will support and enhance the governance frameworks that underpin how Macquarie Asset Management manages risk and meets its regulatory obligations. You will coordinate a broad range of governance activities, including executive accountability frameworks, policy and committee governance, risk appetite processes and regulatory initiatives, while working closely with stakeholders across the business. Your role will help ensure governance processes operate effectively, reporting and documentation remain up to date, and key risk and regulatory commitments are delivered consistently.

  • 4-7 years of experience in risk governance, risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, audit or a related role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, including executive accountability frameworks, policy governance, committee governance and risk appetite management
  • Experience coordinating governance activities, regulatory programmes or cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations and governance materials for senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and practical outcomes.
