- 4-7 years of experience in risk governance, risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, audit or a related role within financial services
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, including executive accountability frameworks, policy governance, committee governance and risk appetite management
- Experience coordinating governance activities, regulatory programmes or cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent organisational, analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Strong communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations and governance materials for senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and practical outcomes.
