- 7+ years experience owning the delivery of reports, including 3+ years working in reporting for Insurers or Reinsurers
- Deep understanding of insurance company balance sheets and familiarity with at least one of Bermuda regime, US regime or matching adjustment regime
- Proficiency in Excel and skilled with data management and visualisation tools, with competence in Python or a similar coding language beneficial
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Actuarial qualification is helpful but not required
