- Experience supporting product discovery, backlog management, requirements gathering, user story development, and product delivery activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance data, user feedback, and adoption metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience within financial services and exposure to product implementation activities, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support successful delivery outcomes
