As a Senior Associate will have the opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of transactions as a principal investor. You will play a key role in our underwriting process, financial analysis, industry research, and shepherding investments through the internal approval process. You will be part of growing team which provides significant opportunities to take on leadership roles and to have a key role in driving transactions. Our flexible mandate means that while the focus will be credit investments, you will gain experience investing across the capital structure.

What you offer

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience working in a principal investment role, in private credit, opportunistic credit, infrastructure debt, financial advisory, or related financial services such as restructuring, or similar
  • Excellent financial, valuation, and credit analysis skills 
  • Demonstrated excellence in a relevant financial product, and the intellectual curiosity and capability to develop knowledge in other asset classes
  • An understanding and interest in financial markets and macro and micro economic 
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
