- 3-4 years of relevant experience working in a principal investment role, in private credit, opportunistic credit, infrastructure debt, financial advisory, or related financial services such as restructuring, or similar
- Excellent financial, valuation, and credit analysis skills
- Demonstrated excellence in a relevant financial product, and the intellectual curiosity and capability to develop knowledge in other asset classes
- An understanding and interest in financial markets and macro and micro economic
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- An outstanding academic record
- Working proficiency in European languages considered a strong plus
