- Legal or compliance experience gained within an investment bank, in particular position monitoring, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and a solid understanding of the global regulatory reporting environment
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in major global markets
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Comfortable dealing with large sets of data
- Able to manage competing priorities and a level-headed approach under short delivery timeframes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
