**People & Culture Partner (22881)** As our **People & Culture Partner**, you will leverage expertise in people, culture, engagement, and diversity to support and coach business leaders. The role involves collaborating with the broader team to develop divisional people activities, aligning performance, capability, talent, and reward with business strategy. You will also contribute to Group-wide programs and incorporate market-leading practices. This is a **12-month contract** with a **mid-level maximum term**.
