- A strong understanding of business issues and a commercial mindset, with a proven record of delivery within a fast-paced, high-performing, global matrixed organisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, influence and provide coaching at all levels across a diverse stakeholder group
- Data led approach with ability to relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making, through well-developed analytical capability
- Demonstrated resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability.
