What role will you play?

In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a high standard of customer service. In this position, youll ensure payroll operations adhere to local legislative requirements and company policies, proactively identifying and escalating any risks, compliance concerns, or process issues and supporting their resolution. You will build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Reward, Global Mobility teams, and external payroll vendors, to ensure seamless payroll operations. Also, you will support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures, while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate payroll processes. Additionally, you will contribute to payroll enhancement initiatives, system upgrades, and the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall service delivery.

  • Previous in-house payroll expertise (1 - 5 years experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. US or Canada payroll background is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience explaining complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to embrace a learning mindset and develop new skills in process automation, data analysis, and technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse processes and finding opportunities for improvement
  • A collaborative approach, ability to take initiative and motivated to deliver results.
