- Previous in-house payroll expertise (1 - 5 years experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. US or Canada payroll background is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience explaining complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to embrace a learning mindset and develop new skills in process automation, data analysis, and technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyse processes and finding opportunities for improvement
- A collaborative approach, ability to take initiative and motivated to deliver results.
