What you offer

- 10 years of experience in business operations, operations management or service delivery
- Experience designing and managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, preferably with certification
- Strong experience in data analysis and service reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or Splunk
- Knowledge of service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Helix or Remedy, with an understanding of governance and controls
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills, with experience working in structured project methods such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is an advantage.
