We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team as a Corporate Actions Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in providing trade support services and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate action events for equity and fixed income securities.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will oversee the full corporate action event lifecycle, including cash, non-cash, and elective events for all traded securities. Additionally, you will manage withholding tax obligations, internal reporting, client elections, entitlements, cash events with election management and counterparty claims.

ing industry, with 7-10 years of proven expertise within corporate actions
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to work
independently,
manage pressure, and meet deadlines
Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, including public holidays, mid, and night shifts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis and process automation are advantageous
