- Proven track record of leading inclusion, culture or diversity initiatives within a complex corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of ANZ regulatory frameworks and governance requirements.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational delivery, aligning inclusion priorities to business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders, executive committees and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging workforce data, employee insights and external benchmarking to inform decision-making.
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership and inclusion learning programs.
