- 3+ years experience in software development with solid skills in engineering full stack solutions
- Experience in development of low-code, no-code, config-driven applications
- Experience in Core and Enterprise JAVA, RDBMS, Spring frameworks, SQL, JPA and Hibernate
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, OpenStack, etc) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environment and platforms
- Knowledge of good system design, RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture and basic UNIX scripting
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Modern frameworks such as React and Node.js/Nest.js
- GRC Management Platforms such as IBM OpenPages, SAI360, RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC
- Reporting tools such as Cognos Analytics, Business Intelligence, etc
- Domain knowledge and/or experience in Non-Financial Risk Management
- AI Tools and AI Prompt Engineering.
