**Financial Crime Risk Advisory Operations Manager (Ref: 24020)** Manage Americas region's financial crime risk advisory operations, ensuring effective governance, oversight, and risk management. - 5+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, financial crime risk or a related control function
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting financial crime, compliance, risk management or other control functions, including operational enquiries and escalations
- Experience preparing procedures, governance documentation, management reporting or other compliance related materials
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
- Experience producing reporting, metrics, dashboards and presentations for senior management and governance forums
