- 5 - 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in product management, delivery or a product-focused role
- Experience building high-quality digital products and improving customer experiences, ideally in the context of employee experience or human resources
- Degree qualification in business, engineering, science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong ability to use data, insights and evidence to guide decisions and priorities
- Ability to work with diverse teams, influence stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
