Our team provides operational support for financial markets transactions and works closely with sales, trading, risk, technology and market services teams. We support the Tokyo Asia Sales business and Japanese clients by delivering accurate post-trade services while maintaining a strong risk and control environment.

Please note, we require native-level Japanese language skills with fluency in English.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support the full post-trade lifecycle of financial markets transactions, including trade validation, confirmations, settlements, payments and exception management. You will work closely with Japanese clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, support financing activities and deliver positive client outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Native-level Japanese language skills with fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting Japanese clients, stakeholders or financial markets.
  • Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in post-trade operations, trade support, confirmations, settlements or payments.
