- Solid experience as a business analyst, possessing deep business knowledge of regulatory reporting across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe.
- 3-8 years of Hands-on experience in Axiom and regulatory reporting systems.
- Experience with Agile and Sprint delivery operating models, as well as tools like SQL, Scripting, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts using everyday language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
