What role will you play?

In this role, you will work closely with the Regulatory Reporting team. You will be involved in the analysis, design, development, and unit testing of our reporting applications. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that business requirements and documentation are understood by technical users.

  • Solid experience as a business analyst, possessing deep business knowledge of regulatory reporting across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe.
  • 3-8 years of Hands-on experience in Axiom and regulatory reporting systems.
  • Experience with Agile and Sprint delivery operating models, as well as tools like SQL, Scripting, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts using everyday language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
