- 5+ years of experience working as a business/data/technical analyst ideally within Banking and Financial services or a Consulting firm
- Experience with leading the requirements gathering, data analysis and data design which may include process mapping and adhering to risk management principles
- Experienced working with data platforms and analytical technologies such as Starbust Presto, Alteryx and Dataiku. SQL skills to extract the data and perform data analysis is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Strategic mindset and ability to communicate a technical vision driven by business concepts
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products, trading or market data platforms would be beneficial
- Prior experience working in a Fraud or Trade Surveillance environment within financial services would be advantageous.
