- 35 years of experience in internal communications, transformation communications or a related field.
- Strong experience developing and delivering communication plans and creating content across channels including email, intranet and enterprise social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear, audience-focused content.
- Ability to use data, metrics and engagement insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
