- Significant experience in a risk-based role, ideally within financial services.
- Experience in commercial lending credit underwriting and the credit risk lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk policies, risk appetite frameworks and governance.
- Experience with credit risk systems and their application within policy frameworks.
- Proven people leadership experience within a risk, credit or banking environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive policy optimisation.
- Experience managing reporting, data quality, automation and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively and operate effectively independently.
- Sound knowledge of ADI Prudential Standards, including APS220, ARS220, APS112, APS113, NCCP and BCOP.
