Joining the Client Fulfilment Change Team, you will play a key role in delivering strategic transformation, regulatory initiatives and business improvement programmes that enhance client outcomes, strengthen controls and support long-term growth. In this role reporting to the Client Fulfilment Portfolio Change Lead, you will lead complex change initiatives across the Client Fulfilment division, combining strong project delivery expertise with business analysis capability. You will work closely with stakeholders across Client Services, Data, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Financial Crime Risk to translate business and regulatory requirements into practical solutions, manage delivery outcomes and ensure strategic priorities are successfully executed. Through effective governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen processes and controls, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience delivering regulatory, remediation, strategic transformation and business change initiatives within financial services environments.
  • Proven success as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, controls and operational change, with experience partnering across business, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in areas such as client onboarding, client lifecycle management, Financial Crime Risk, regulatory remediation, data transformation, target operating model design or commodities markets would be highly regarded.
