- Proven experience configuring and administering Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, with the ability to design workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex programme and project data into clear insights, performance metrics, and reporting that supports informed decision-making
- Experience implementing and optimising automation and artificial intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, and team collaboration
- The ability to build strong relationships across business, technology, and delivery teams, effectively gathering requirements and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, with experience developing guidance materials and supporting the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across large programs.
