As a PMO Automation & Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing how transformation programmes are managed, reported, and governed through the effective use of technology, automation, and data insights. You will lead the optimisation of Atlassian tools, develop reporting and intelligence capabilities, and support the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions that improve delivery efficiency and decision-making. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, you will help shape future ways of working and enable teams to achieve programme objectives more effectively.

  • Proven experience configuring and administering Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, with the ability to design workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex programme and project data into clear insights, performance metrics, and reporting that supports informed decision-making
  • Experience implementing and optimising automation and artificial intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, and team collaboration
  • The ability to build strong relationships across business, technology, and delivery teams, effectively gathering requirements and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, with experience developing guidance materials and supporting the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across large programs.
