- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex issues involving data, systems and business processes.
- Interest in financial markets, treasury, liquidity management and how financial products are represented through data, calculations and systems.
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and balancing competing priorities to deliver practical outcomes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Dataiku or similar, and familiarity with liquidity, regulatory reporting or accounting concepts is advantageous.
