- Relevant experience in operational risk, audit (SOC/ISAE3402 and/or SOX), controls assurance or compliance within financial services, ideally within asset management
- Advanced risk and control identification skills, including the ability to understand processes, identify key risks, assess control design, and recognise where control gaps or weaknesses may exist
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and synthesise clear messages for stakeholders
- Sound judgement, organisation and project management skills, capable of adding discipline and structure to processes and making them scalable and repeatable
- A self-motivated, energetic and proactive self-starter, with high standards and great attention to detail
