- 10+ years of credit risk experience, ideally gained within direct lending, private credit or leveraged finance environments
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment and reviewing transaction and financing documentation
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing and mentoring team members in a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior colleagues constructively
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
