- 5+ years of experience in financial services within middle office or operations functions, with prior experience utilizing Loan IQ, ACBS or equivalent corporate loan management system, as part of end-to-end operational delivery of a portfolio of bilateral and syndicated deals
- Proficient in reviewing, interpreting and opining on credit agreements and other legal documentation, with a solid understanding of financial, accounting and valuation concepts
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stake holders (deal team, legal, credit, finance, IT, etc)
- Experience working with large and complex data sets, with strong Excel and presentation skills
- Minimum of a bachelors degree, ideally in finance, business, economics or accounting
