- Proven experience in data, technology or AI governance, risk, compliance, analytics or engineering, with the ability to operate at the intersection of risk and technology in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of how AI systems work, including model behaviour, data usage and potential risks, with the confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, practical guidance that supports delivery while managing risk effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating discussions, preparing high-quality documentation and influencing senior audiences
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships across teams
