At Research & Estimates we deliver the most trusted, timely and comprehensive Broker Research & Estimates content, covering real-time and embargoed Research as well as Actual, Guidance, Consensus and detailed earnings Estimates to serve both the buy-side and sell-side customers. Research & Estimates Content, gathers earnings forecasts and other data from hundreds of brokerage and independent analysts who track companies as part of their investment research work. LSEG calculates a mean consisting of estimates utilizing the same accounting standards (basis). Earnings Per Share is a key metric, and one most commonly utilized in two ways: to measure performance gains and to gauge companies results versus expectations

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, monitor, drive and supervise a group of 10 to 15 employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs
  • Ability to delegate and set project deadlines
  • Strong focus on driving market driven metrics for the process.
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Participates in the performance enablement & review process, career development, conflict management, hiring and status reporting
  • Drives the Con Incentive Bonus Plan effectively within the team and communicates on an ongoing basis to staff around the performance of the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practices.
  • Promotes process improvements by adopting new ways and ideas (via automation, process re-engineering and improvements) to streamline the processes.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities
  • Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.
  • Ensures and promotes the development of team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development.
