We are seeking an experienced Automation and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and automation systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency. This role requires a strong background in automation, infrastructure, and cloud computing, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure and automation systems, including cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Ensure high availability and scalability of our infrastructure and applications, and troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure visibility into system performance and issues

  • Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure infrastructure and automation systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud computing and containerization

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with multi-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or SOC 2

  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence

  • Certification in cloud computing, automation, or infrastructure engineering
