Sales Specialist, Americas OEMS

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Americas OEMS team. In this role, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, working with both prospective clients and existing buy-side and sell-side customers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will represent a leading suite of products, including AlphaDesk, TORA, REDI on Workspace, and Autex, delivering innovative solutions to financial market participants. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven professional who understands how to structure competitive deals, leverage market insight, and create meaningful client relationships.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end sales opportunities, from prospecting through closing and post-sale engagement
  • Generate new business opportunities through strong market and client insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Marketing, Sales Strategy, and external stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate value to clients
  • Apply strong commercial judgment to develop competitive deal strategies


What we are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial markets and sales
  • Strong understanding of financial tools used across execution, order management, and portfolio management workflows
  • Knowledge of market trends and macroeconomic factors impacting the financial services industry
  • Proven ability to sell solutions into the financial community within a quota-carrying environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong technical and workflow knowledge within trading and execution environments
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong commercial focus

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $102,000 - $170,000.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
