About the Project:

Are you passionate about crafting high-performance systems that connect global markets? Our FX Trading Aggregator enables flawless access to liquidity for top banks and traders worldwide. This is your opportunity to work on a critical platform trusted across the globe. It offers flexible execution management and venue choice, delivering market prices in milliseconds. Our Java-based software runs on hundreds of ser vers across data centers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia providing real-time, low-latency access to global liquidity. Your Impact Youll be part of a team that provides end-to-end support for the Aggregator applicationfrom build and development to maintenance and production solving. While we follow Agile practices, we stay ready to respond quickly to urgent production issues when needed.

Requirements What We're Looking For

  • Strong software engineering experience with two languages out of three -Java/C++ and/or Rust.
  • AI-first mindset ability and willingness to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, software quality, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and operational excellence.
  • Solid understanding of software design, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Good Linux knowledge, including troubleshooting, scripting, and system operations.
  • Ability to design, build, and support highly available, scalable, and performant applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues and willingness to participate in production support and incident resolution.
  • Ownership mentality with a pragmatic and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capability to lead technical discussions, coordinate work, and help develop team members.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, programming languages, and architectural patterns. While Java is the primary language today, future work may involve technologies such as Rust or others as business needs evolve.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with event-driven systems, and distributed architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
  • Understanding of UDP multicast to build low latency systems.
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Solace, Tibco, or RabbitMQ.
  • Understanding of low-latency and high-performance systems.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
  • Financial services, trading, or market connectivity experience.
